One person came over and came onto the property to look at panels but they were nowhere near ready to be collected. The one person dropped a PDA and soon followed the other people, they stood off the property and started shooting.

Just to clarify, if you are given demands to leave the property you dont then have the right to run off the property pull out a gun and start shooting into a group of people thats fail RP so either way your argument is a double edge sword. You either did RDM or you failed RP you choose the outcome is the same.
