Life story:
John was a lonely kid and had no parents; he lived in a box and didn't want anyone to take care of him. John loved making money and wanted to make money for his own personal use so John started robbing stores in his home town called Bennington. John was successful until one day he walked up to one store and he walked in it was dark but lonely at 12 PM at night he didn't know what was gonna happen sense he robbed this store before but 2 years prior he came up to the counter and and demanded the money he then got shot in the chest he ran out the door bleeding and and decided to go to one of the closest houses and demanded them to patch him up, he then was running all around town thinking on what to do he then found a person who can get John from Bennington to Los Santos. John decided to give this person all of his money so he can go to Los Santos and John was wanted by the police in Bennington so John needs to make money and decides to go threw the Ranks of the LSPD, FIB, and finally SAHP to lose the cops and make money.
Career story:
John arrived at the Los Santos Beach, he then wanted to make money so he can get a pass port he then found a Gang Leader who gave John a Fake Pass Port but it costed John money. John then decided to make a deal with the Gang Leader to join SAHP to make the money back and to get the Gang Leader any Guns he wanted because John came to him asking for stuff. John then went threw the ranks of LSPD and every dollar he made he gave it to the Gang Leader. John then Joined SAHP where he then went threw the ranks and made millions and gave it to the Gang Leader he then decided that John needs to keep working for the LEO's and keep giving him money. John then joined FIB where he kept making money but not as much but the Gang Leader wanted more he wanted Guns and everything in the city and decided that SAHP made more money for the Gang Leader. John Joined SAHP where he is now a Captain and proceeds to make millions and more guns then the Gang Leader can imagine. The Gang Leader loves that he is making him money and Gun that he takes it all from John so John takes his anger out on other people and it gets out of hand sometimes.
Outcomes:
1- John can help his friends/family members/10-15’s escape jail, reduce their sentence, remove from wanted list, and take bribes up to 100k.
2- John can lie to the suspect about calling them a lawyer, and refuse to show any type of identification, such as passport/identification/licenses to conceal his identity.
3- John has the ability to search for any bodycam using /try, and if found break it using /do, and can use the truth serum on his suspects using /try to gather any information he needs [2 times per situation].
4- John is able to sell/buy/use any legal/illegal weapons and/or items from others or the black market on/off duty.
5- John can engage in any criminal activities and can break any IC law including: CCOP, Firearm Law, Penal Code, Procedure for Detention and Arrest while alone or with criminal friends while on/off duty . [No OOC rule breaks]
6- John can arrest/capture anyone for fake charges if he severely dislikes them, or for revenge. [Within sufficient RP reasons, and nothing too severe].
7- John can refuse to follow his high command’s orders, and can use his organization and department radios while off duty.
8- John has the ability to frighten/disrespect anyone such as how gang members do. [Keeping in mind toxicity, Gen 6.10 and 6.19]
9- John can drive any personal/family/sharing cars while on duty, and can go off-road with any 4-door car and SUV. [No UB Driving]
10- John can kill/interrogate/torture anyone, including other state officers, if they don’t follow his demands, for his benefit and to protect himself from getting caught and cover his tracks.
