I want to be a leader of this specific gang because I feel like families have been dead for a little bit and I would love to bring it back alive. Another reason why I want to be a leader of this gang is because all my friends/ family members have been in families so I would love to be the leader of them.
I have Gang Experience in every gang i am ex high command in, vagos, bloods, ballas, and marabunta, in every gang i have lead events such as car theft, store robbery’s and, raids. I also am very strict about how we perform acts such as fail rp and fear rp. The main reasons I want to be leader of the families is because I want to destroy the ghetto and have the biggest gang in city. We would also have one of the best turf teams in city. The most things that the families would do if I am leader is highway rob Leo’s and store robbery’s.
3. My advice for improving RolePlay level in organization:
1. No Favoritism. Everyone who deserve will get rank up and everyone who show activity will get promotion and max bonuses and best and good treating High Command
2. Strict rank hierarchy system which will be used to reward or strike/punish members for their performance in gang activities.
3. High requirement recruitment process, only accepting people that know all the rules of the city, while rejecting inexperienced person
