2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
I feel i could help serve the community and i have experience with Emergency Medical Services. I am a good leader and have communication skills, I am easy going and could help by building an active team that is there when players need them. I do not currently belong to any family or organization, I do not have any interest in joining any other faction other then the EMS, I saw this role available and i figured it would not hurt for me to apply.
Goals if I become the leader:
*Increase the level of participation and roleplay within the faction, Giving players the knowledge and tools necessary to handle all RP Situations.
*I will make sure there is a solid level of communication within the faction making sure everyone knows their role and making sure new members are properly trained.
*Create creative ways to recruit and train members to use actions and trys while on the job/Build active teams and keep the job fun for everyone involved.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Increase the level of communication while players are on duty, Plan out routes and areas for different EMS units to cover while out in the field or at the Hospital, Build reliable teams that will work well together and increase the level of Roleplay. Good EMS staff will be quick and efficent while still giving players a sence of immersion and the oppertunity for more in depth roleplay if they so choose.
Increase the level of training for medical treatment and driving within the city. Giving all members the knowledge and tools needed to do the job.
