- Leader of Bloods
The main reason to why I want to be leader of this Organization is because I want to run a organized, fun but most importantly an active organization. I want to provide my great leadership skills, and provide motivation and passion to becoming a great leader but most definitely a great organization.
Secondly, I was Leader of Marabunta Grande not that long ago and I managed to successfully do a full term without disbandment, sadly I couldn't do my second term due to warnings for the gang but I hope to redeem myself by being the Leader of Bloods and manging to successfully do two successful terms. I want to create and stable High Command within the gang to prevent any warnings from happening and be able to get those two terms and finally redeem myself.
Thirdly, I want to make Bloods not only an active Organization but letting people have equal opportunities by allowing them to try new things and I want to as a leader to teach them how to do certain stuff and how to do it efficiently so they can progress in the gang and in the city itself. Everyone will be treated with respect and treated fairly by me and other members of my High Command.
My advice for improving the roleplay?
I want to improve it by being an active gang by doing store robberies on a regular occurrence, Clandstine, Battleships, Fort Zancudo raids and much more events. I want to give new players equal opportunities to progress within the gang and give them a chance to do what they want. If I see player improving and being active I will reward them with a rank up and a little bonus for doing so well.
I want to create events that have never been done before, that is me talking about Global events.. I want to create something that has never been done before and will be fun for both Legal and Illegal sides - I don't just want it to be an OOC event, I want to create a huge IC event that will be fun for both sides. And also create one for the players.
My goals as Bloods Leader?
- Create and organized organization
- Make the organization terrorists
- Creating fun RP situations
- Creating a massive Global event for the players
- Get 100% Turfs
