As you can see in his given video is tempered and edited and outdated. i am giving thi full video in that video i have previously gave him demand and then after second time i have opend fire on him. now he is uploding outdated body cam video and showing only 13 secs clip. he should be punished for edited and outdated body cam and for wasting time of reviewer.
