I am not the one who entered with the bug vehicle, the person in the driver's seat was already in the cl at that time, so I deserve only a cl penalty.

I do not see anyone abusing armoured car in provided evidence
(If they stay inside car after you shot them in order to not take any damage or try to run away in armoured car then it will be rule break)
For CL I do not see ID 79722 engaging in any RP
Read what GR 6.2 says.​
