I don't see nothing wrong about the situation, as ID 646 have a corrupt bio and can play bad side of a cop.
However,
ID 66352 will receive a punishment for Gen 6.17 + Mixing.
(It is forbidden to use OBS and any similar software's for recordings. All overlays must be recorded.)
(Saying POV it's an OOC word, you need say bodycam so you can keep your RP clean and professional)
