This situation has been reviewed in all of our other complaints. The area you are in cannot be accessed normally by walking or jumping. The fact that people have to enter there in an extra way does not change this situation. We have complained about this issue many times before and it has been accepted. There is no excuse or justification for this situation.
And you are not entering that area from the roof at the beginning of the incident. You are entering on foot.
