Rejected Confused about UB Demand warning Lavi_Pluxury

I went to house number 1036 Kaiza_Merks might be able to back me as he was downed with a couple other people dead so I went to pick one of the people up as a debt collector came around the corner. I pulled a gun and said he had 5 seconds to leave, I counted down 5 seconds and knocked him as he did not leave. As soon as I did I was given a warning which was my 3rd warning and that resulted in a 7 day block. I have been playing for about a year and vie given these demands before, gotten these demands and seen other people give out these demands but no warnings have ever come from that. I unfortunately don't have POV but hopefully Lavi_Pluxury does so he can run me through what I did wrong. I never meant to RP wrong I really thought I was doing everything right. The time stamp i put in is a rough estimate because like i said i didnt have pov but hoping Lavi_Pluxury does.
