Rejected gen rule 6.15

Dear Admins,
I want to report this ID : 45632 because of a serious violation of the rule n. 6.15 of Rules of Play as proven in the video above. You can clearly see my intensions of fair rp (accepting demands and running away in this situation) while that player started following me and in the end killed me.
Please take actions against him
