Rejected Unban Appeal GR 6.17 - Anderson Fade

Hello dear Anderson Fade , you gave me 30 days ban for GR 6.17, I am recording with NVIDIA always you can check my pc if you want and I am not sure why I got a ban.
I was using NVIDIA because admins told me many times it is the safest one and I am very sad that this happened.

Here is the proof of me recording with NVIDIA, and if you dont believe me I can show it if you want to check my PC right now. And about the overlays, it records all of it. I mean including discord voices/other voices. You can check everything I can show it with my proofs.

I am using this video capture thing since so long because admins told me I should record with it, I am using Instant Replay and all my forums was with it. In that moment when I was recording my headphones were off but you can still hear voices.

I am sorry if there was any mistake and if there is, this is my first ban and I didn't know using NVIDIA was not a good idea, I thought I was doing it right because that is what admins told me many times.
My forum was about RDM, they keep killing me in front of my family house and I was getting sick of it and I chose to report that guy. I am a brand new office owner and I worked hard for it, I will lose it all. And I feel deeply heartbroken that I am gonna lose my office in first days and all of the effort I made will go in vain and I am very upset that I won't be able to spend time with my friends/family.
You can check my other forums and the videos I record its always the same program (NVIDIA) and this never happened to me before. I have been playing in this server since 2023 Summer and check my punishment history I can say I've been trying my best to follow the rules always. Whatever your decision might be I always respect you all, and lastly I am sorry if I disturbed you because I DMed you about the situation.

If play with laptop this game you cant record full destkop. There is not option that in nvidia. And she is playing with laptop. She recorded all voices but she cant record all destkop with nvidia. This is not her fault.

I mean u can check all of her previous reports and they all same , if this the case what should we record our gameplay for cuz literally I can get banned as well I use Nvidea as well and the overlays are same as shown on her forum report u banned her from , u thought background noices to be discord noices ? Like I dnt understand what are the overlays that were missing , if u can please tell us so we dnt make that mistake too .

If getting ban is this easy then idk what to say , other then obs which is not allowed only Nvidea is best and was allowed , also I watched her video there was nothing wrong in it , I know I will get forum warn but idc cuz m furious as well , cuz rather then investigating u assume things and banned a person , u could have literally pc checked her , but the way u handled situation was unnecessary, due ur poor judgement people will lose their hard work earned business .

U literally banned someone who didn’t broke any rules , was recording from software that is allowed , and u banned a person just because u was confused ? Idk what to say at this point poor judgement like this is what ruining RP

You a recording with NVIDIA with disabled function of RECORD OF ALL LAYERS which fall under rules of server
So u have received ur punishment for violation of it even if u have used legit basically soft for recording but DISABLED function which was already a rule break
