I am reaching out by recommendation of an administrator on the server. I recently joined the server and am still learning the ropes day by day, discovering new things etc..
I was punished today for failure to FearRP when that absolutely was not the case. I was being instructed by bandits to do a number of things, I complied with all of them and maintained proper FearRP the entire time. From my voice to my actions, I obeyed every command given to me and even reassured them I would comply.
I was asked to put my hands in the air assuming that they would want to search me. I completely blanked out on how to do that animation and asked for help. They briefly walked me through it and I selected an animation called "hands in the air" which is apparently a dance then I proceeded to get stuck in that animation. I was attempting to get out of it and find the proper one. You could even hear me saying, "I'm sorry Im trying to figure it out". I was audibly frustrated that I was stuck and unable to get the correct animation.
While attempting to figure out how to get out of the animation and like I said, explaining that I was having trouble over the mic, I was sent for punishment of three hours for failure to FearRP.
That is 1000% not that case, I am an experienced in serious RP through many games but not in the commands of GTARP. I was punished for struggling with the animations because everything else outside of selecting the correct on, I did correctly and complied by FearRP.
I understand that it is only a three hour ban, but it is discouraging and frankly disappointing that this was the first form of action for the admin.
It also appears I was removed my character was removed from the organization pertaining due to this matter and when I reached out about that I was told I had to wait a week.
