Okay so this guy already got punishment for gen rules 3.2 and i think he should get 3.1 also at that time but admin didn't gave now as u can see this proofs he again said me this which will be considered as ooc insult so i would like the admin to review it and punish him again for gen rule 3.1

This was the previous forum he got punished only for gen 3.2 and not 3.1 but this time as u can see he said me in discord which will be an ooc insult so i would like the admin who reviews this to see this... Mentioning someone mother is not acceptable so I m requesting u to look it and take action
