As shown in the POV, you can hear him spitting on me (might be hard to hear it from his mic quality) and later his friends pulling up and starting to shoot at me which is considered RDM as they were not involved in the situation and there was no way they could know where he is, so clearly metagaming. I also got mercy killed some seconds after but sadly don't have it in the POV but you can check logs.
