Hello when i was a little kid my dream was to work at ems to help everyone and medical service when I become a big I start to learn rules and everything and then I start working at ems and I was Deputy Cheif After 4-5 Year and now I want to improving emergency medical services my experience and mentor other has established good relationship within the ems community i have a vision for the future and drive for innovation in the field I and now my dream is to be a cheif of ems to show my experience

3) Your advice for improving the Role-play level in the organization.

3.1) As a Deputy Chief of EMS and EX-High Command of Training I would be focusing on seeing that new employees are getting High-quality Training and hiring well-experienced employees for the FTO Department so they can give proper Training and answer all the difficult questions to new employees. I would also be focusing that they are doing proper RP. I believe that "Good teachers know how to bring out the best in students.
