No matter situation before this, the video in this report clearly show rulebreak from “suspect”:
6.15 When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them. | WARN

Also, Can’t answer a rule break with a rulebreak.

If suspect feel their been committed a rulebreak towards them in this situation(which didn’t happen), they can freely make a report to or make a admin complaint with their POV, that only will show mass RDM, which is why they won’t make a report or complaint.

Please punish suspect accordingly.
