2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1. Ever since I first joined the National Guard, I have fallen in love with the organization. When I started as a rank, I can't even remember and got to Major General. I have spent a lot of time in the NG as a soldier, and I feel like it's time to try to be a leader.
2. For the last couple of terms, the National Guard has been less and less striced, and the point of the national or army is to build a striced character in the soldier. I want to bring it back after a long time of unstriced leadership by ex-generals.
3. For the last reason, I want to be general. I want the national guard to be a warm place for our units, and not only a place; I want it to be a family. I aim to have positive but strict communication with my units and other organizations, and I want everyone to have their best time in the national guard.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I want to have the best activities in the national guard, such as army training for SASD, flight training with the Air Force, more military police work, making everything way more special and new, and doing everything with other organizations, so not only will the national guard have the experience but other organizations as well.

Human Resources: TheHR would hire or train new soldiers to make sure that they were ready for what was coming in the Army.
Military Police: These soldiers will be responsible for keeping it professional and clean of corruption.
Special Air & Sea Devision: The SASD will be a department that will attend Globals, etc. They will be elite shooters.
Air Force: The AF will be responsible for carrying out extraction missions, providing air support for special operations, scouting, etc.
