Let's start with my experience.
From Crime Side
* Marabunta - Event Leader
* Bloods - Turfer
From Legal Side
* NG - Deputy General
* FIB - 00 Agent
* LSPD - Deputy Chief
* SAHP - Assistant Sheriff
2.1.The main reason to why I want to be Leader of Families is because I want to run an organized criminal structure with
fun but most importantly an active organization. I want to provide my great leadership skills, and provide motivation and passion to becoming a
great leader but most definitely a great organization.
2.2. I want to make Families not only an active Organization but letting the gang members have equal opportunities by allowing them to try new things and as a leader to teach them how to do certain stuff and how to do it efficiently so they can progress in the gang and in the city itself. Everyone will be treated with respect and treated fairly by me and other members of my High Command. As I have seen Families never grow up in past months but If I become Leader I will call most of the Old Guys which will bring more Crime RP.
2.3. When I was new to the city I saw so many are going to Bloods, Ballas, Marabunta, and Vagos but less people know about Families because of the less activity in a gang now I want to make Families the best and now I want to show the good activity without a rule break and return the glory of families back.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
1. Recruit peoples who are older than 7 years in city.
2. Interview will be taken before taking a recruit, questions regarding RP will be asked.
3. Making the Families the most active and the most feared gang of the city.
4. Every Gang member must know and follow the server rules.
5. Promotions and bonuses to every gang member who attend events.
6. Attending every event.
7. If gang members are not active they will be removed.
8. Utilizing more areas of the city for hostage situation.
My goals as Families Leader?
-Create & Organize the organization
-Make the organization as terrorist organization
-Create massive global events for the players
-Successfully doing first term without any warns
-100% Turf
