2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)


• After gaining a Firm experience in both Legal and crime section both as an deputy or HC I have learnt many things and have taken a good experience from my journey which both helped me mentally and statergiacally to be better .


• Chain of Command/ Rank system Will be fully upgraded, changed where necessary with consultation of the curator.


• I will introduce New Training styles for SASD/AF from advance tactical to Flight maneuver which will increase their skills and will make them capable to work under pressures and get the most of efficiency possible,as NG is the Country's defence they should be highly skilled and experienced.

•Some of My experiences are

• ex SAHP Deputy
• ex Vagos Deputy

• I will be making specialised Bonus system so that my people will be motivated to work and will also be holding join training sessions weekly to tackle mass recruitment and, meetings to address their issues and problems so it won't turn into an conflict.


• Lack of Favoritsm and toxic environment with the server growing the Hc section of any org is the most repeated if the people are experienced enough it won't cause the problem but just being suggested without having any idea or experience makes the discipline of org go away making a successful terms I want to take best staff possible train the best and give them they best National Guard experience they haven't witnessed in their life.


• After viewing it from both state and crime side from leading operation to fz raids I think I have known much to finally lead NG as an General understanding it's duties and power being passionate and experienced for the Post.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.


∆ Some of my Advices listed :


• Joint Training Session and meetings to address mass recruitment and problems of the organisation


• Bonus System will be made more better to motivate people in working and happily serving.

• Promotion will be given Based on Merit neither on suggestions or names.

• Veteran and Hounered People Will be awarded with Military Medals which will pay them their respect.


• Toxicity won't be tolerated members practicing it will be instantly terminated or punished based on their wrong doing.


• More advance tactical Training for Units Convoy training inside NG so in time of ammo delivery the drivers are experienced enough to evade Bandits.


• As general Me and my deputies will be personally handling any issues of org whether it's an internal or with any other organisation.


Moreover I will be happy to Serve the Term and make it a successful NG term
