2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with ane Explanation)
-1> My Experience in the City
With my experience as previous ballas and vagos deputy in gangs and undersheriff of Sahp
in state and not to forget after serving multiple terms under multiple leaders in NG as well I
think I have garnered great amount of experience and also I have been in the city for moret han 2 years now and these things make me different than the other applicants and I think due to being extremely reliable, RP holic and having connections with families who have
experienced state org people within them I say I would be able to lead an NG with full force
and its potential. I would have experienced deputies who would handle stuff when I myself
am not in city and would inform me about every major issue. With my experience I would be
able to pass on my knowledge to other joining recruits who would later turn into experienced
individuals themselves. I would tell them about certain tactics which would make RP more
fun. And since as I said we would be the most active NG term ever as I would bring in a lot
of experienced people with my contacts.
2> My ideas for the organization:
•I have many ideas stored in my mind regarding my term which I would implant ASAP when I do get the term such as creating new, unique and realistic departments for NG. Some of the Dpartments I have planned are as follows:
A> M.I.A: Military Intelligence Agency would be responsible for doing unique underground
and secret operation executions such as always collecting evidences while going
everywhere in the entire city as undercover dressed as a civilian. They would have access tot he NG bunker which I haven’t seen being used a lot in city 3 by other leaders. They can
conduct all their secretive meetings in the bunker and would be the most superior and
strongest people in the organization. I would thank my deputy for giving this idea and since
this is something new so we would only assign ex FIB UC Agents in this department so there
are no mistakes done!
B> RR: Recruitment Representatives or RR for short would be responsible for recruiting
people in the organisation, creating a general dress code, giving training and tour of FZ to
recruits and hosting a promotion ceremony every 2 weeks and shortlisting the names of the candidates who qualify for promotion.
C> MP: Military police plays an essential role in the Army for maintaining discipline within the
units and would punish all law breakers or corrupt people. They would do license and BGC
checks on regular basis so that the
organization is not filled with any people with no license or criminal background. They would also have the freedom to suspend people if they are found doing corruption however to avoid favouritism by the leader of MP, they wouldn’t be able to directly dismiss someone. Instead they would first need to take the issue to Lt.General or General and then only they can take further actions.
D> Cobra Force: Commando Battalion for Resolute Action or Cobra Force for short would be our replacement for SASD which used to act as spec ops for NG before. Not only is the
Name cooler and better suitable. It would also be ONLY filled with good shooters and would
be divided into different unit squads each consisting of a Squad Commander who would lead their own squad and then there would be the leader of this department whose job would be to make sure all the unit squads are active and attend all events as these guys would be the frontline force who would have access to all the planes and fast helis and could respond to
any situation or store robberies the fastest. The leader of this department would give weekly
report of all squads performance to both the Lt.Generals and the General for them to review.
Each squad would consist of : 2 Ground Shooters (good shooters on land), 1 sniper who is experienced in sniping and is a good sniper who would hold vantage points on an operation
to take out an enemy from afar, 1 X Pilot who would be the flying head of the team and
would have flying certificates given by the Air Force Regiment. The pilot would carry its
squad to the place of operation. There would also be a medic who would have access to a
vehicle consisting a lot of med kits and would carry a lot of meds to not only fight but also
save his squad in the times of crisis. And of course lastly a squad would have a Leader, so in general there would be 5 people in one squad and as this department would have limited space so there can only be maximum 10 squads in this department with 5 people each.
Their different squads would have different names such as CB-1, CB-2 etc.
E> Air Force: Air Force would guard the fort zancudo and fly over and near its territories in
planes and helis to make sure there is no danger nearby and carry normal soldiers to area of operation by sitting behind the flying wheel. The DHOD or the HOD of this dept would have the right to issue a flying license to any unit.
3> My Visions for NG
I plan on taking NG to the top by my enthusiasm, activity, and introducing new and unique RP. I wish it to make an organisation which would be a blind first pick for anyone who is new or old in the state. I would make it so fun with my never ending ideas that NG would go to the top and I promise on doing regular candy Runs and highway camps to enhance rp and be on good alliances with other state orgs so we could function better!
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Honestly as I mentioned above I got a ton of ideas to make the roleplay level within NG go
better and some of them are:
1. Clear Radio Communication and making sure only important info is transmitted via the radio.
2. Regular candy runs for all state orgs and giving rp training once every week such as physical training, aim training and para jumping training.
3. Regular and high bonus to make sure all my units are always motivated to
work.
4. Recruiting only experienced people in the organisation and giving proper training to the recruits so we avoid all mistakes!
5. Doing a lot of activities and regularly attending ALL events!
•Bonus System under my term:
1.Gate Keeping : 25k per hour
2.Gate keeping from Night hours (17:00 to 22:00): 35k per hour
3.Going On Patrol ( only in shandy shores and near fort zancudo with minimum 3 people): 12k
to all participating units.
4.Ghetto Patrol: 10k to all
5.Attending Scripted Events: 15k
6.Attending Hostage Situation: 10k
