First of all the person who has putted the forum on us is deceiving admins he didn't provide the full POV of the situation and not his voice and I gave him demand and time he didn't leave so i shot and killed him and i don't know why Bob gave me warn for it clearly you can see and hears the demand i don't have a POV so i am attaching the demands confirmation from admin and my punishment and his POV.

I dont see 5 seconds counting, you told just leave.
6.15 When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them. | WARN
