2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

I would like to be the leader of the LSPD because of the value it brings to the city. It is an important part of overall Leo’s and keeping the city safe.
To me, the organization has always had a special place in my heart. I have been in the LEO business for over a year, 2 months and have had some of the most significant moments in LSPD happen in LSPD.
But overall, I want to be the leader that many look up to. The one that is known for respect and passion.

Why would I be a good fit for a leader?
I believe I would be a good leader for a number of reasons, such as;

A) My prior experience
I have been contributing to organizations for over a year, 2 months. Under the leaders; Rocky Waters, Tony Gold, Kaii Fox, Omer Hill, Mighty Gin, Jessica Odds, Ibti Loco, Tommy Slater (LSPD), Efe Pinkman, Hawk Hill, Willow Blossom, Ruby Hill, Haydar Seekace, Yagiz Warrior, Spike Hill, Tommy Slater (FIB), and Bob Kensington. I have worked from the very bottom of the ranks to the top, serving as a deputy leader for 3 leaders in both LSPD and SAHP. I have worked in all departments within both organizations and have a lot of knowledge in how they work.
In addition, I have run the department, called internal affairs which focuses on making the decisions best for the department, as well as being impartial to all officers, regardless of rank or other factors. This experience in many different organizations will make me very versatile as well as adaptable in decision making and overall connection, knowledge of rules and processes, and leadership with others.

B) My reputation
During the time I’ve spent in the city, I’ve made many friends and gained many valuable experience. I have upkept a good reputation with admins with 0 warnings and have overall contributed to the good parts of the city by a significant amount. For example, these families support me:

C) My team
My team of initial high command are all experienced in what they do. They are versatile and adaptable to their circumstances.
Each specialize within their respective departments as well as being leaders in their own account.
For example, my deputies;

Gabi Tosca - Gabi Was a past leader of LSPD, her term is considered one of the best and is unmatched by many. Her expertise and knowledge are crucial to make the best decisions for the organization and team.

Nor Slater - Nor was a past life invader leader, she has some of the best people skills I’ve seen and is influential in how she handles things. Her overall personality and character make her crucial to the goal of making LSPD a better public figure.

D) My leadership Capabilities
Over the year of being in organizations, I have learned and acquired valuable skills and knowledge that a true leader needs.
Leadership is not just about having a rank, it’s about being able to meet the expectations and go beyond that, to have a vision or goal. A leader is someone who can feel what others feel and can connect with others well, being able to be accountable and adaptable to whatever gets thrown at you.
It’s about mutual respect, discipline, accountability, and so much more. I have these qualities that make true leaders. And I’m ready to show that.
E) My dedication
With any organization, I give it my best effort to make the organization better. That includes contributing to departments, new ideas, and implementing new things that give organizations more life.
I plan to implement and build upon things that were merely just ideas, and bring them to reality.

Why should I be given a chance to be leader? **SENIOR ADMINS AND HIGHER LEVEL ADMINS PLEASE READ!**

I believe that I should be given a chance for a number of reasons, and chance as in you give me your trust and allow me to go through the process as everyone else. I have been in organizations for over a year & 2 months now and haven’t run into any major issues with admins. I have generally been praised for my maturity and overall composure. Back to my experience, I have helped run the organization for 3 leaders. Ibti Loco, Tommy Slater, & Willow Blossom. I’m sure all 3 can agree that I would be an incredible fit for LSPD leadership.
Trust has been given to me by many, including the very curators I worked with so long ago. They were aware of my age and experience, and they gave me a chance.
I’d like to ask to be given this chance similarly to how others have.
Such as for example,
William Robinson (Approved - Leader of LSPD | William Robinson) was able to be leader when he was 17
Another includes Ethan Murphy, who was leader when he was 16

These individuals proved to be capable leaders regardless of how old they were.

I would also like to make it clear that I will be 16 in about 5 months, so it’s not as if I have just turned 15.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
My advice for improving roleplay focuses on 4 key ideas

Cross Organization Relations

EMS, LI
For EMS and lifeinvader, we will collaborate more with both organizations as follows
LI; We will connect them to our UC units to set up busts for illegal item advertisements and utilize their state radio, and advertisements to help further
achieve the goal of overall publicity and community as the LSPD.
EMS; We will collaborate with them by helping with open recruitments whenever needed, purchase medicine and medkits for our officers to use incase they are injured or sick on duty.
As well as provide escort for their med-runs when needed!

FIB, Government
For FIB and Government, we want to work more directly with both in two ways;
GOV: We seek to connect them with our officers through the DAs office and ETU in order to better educate them on the laws.
We also would like to serve as a secondary escort for VIPs and or Encashment, restoring the true roots GOV had with LSPD so long ago.

FIB: We seek to create better ties between their SAU, Spec Ops, and UC department.
The goal is to create better collaboration between SWAT - SAU and SpecOps, and for our UC with FIB's UC.
Both departments can achieve common goals with twice the efficiency by working together as we did so long ago.

SAHP
As for SAHP, our closest organization partner.
We would like for our TEO units to train with them in pursuits to better increase the chances of recovering stolen vehicles.
We also would like to conduct duel checkpoints frequently to better increase the chances of locating wanted criminals.
1 more new thing I would like to do with them is a dual tow raid.
We would pick a jurisdiction, dispatch towers as a very large group and clear out tons of cars in very little time.

NG
As mentioned lower, SWAT will cross train with NG to increase their
knowledge on tactics and combat skills. When needed, we will help escort ammo runs and protect the gates whenever they need us to do so.
We hope to prevent more FZ raids through our UC division as well as over all combat readiness incase anything happens through NG.

Gangs
Like any other organizations, its important to recognize gangs as well.
I seek to approach them with professionalism, efficiency, and in an overall respectable manner.
I want gangs to recognize that we aren't pushovers and that we are taking the fight back to them, hopefully creating stronger RP between LEOS and Gangs.
Departments

Traffic Enforcement Division: for the traffic enforcement division, I plan to make towing a primary priority using zones, which pay higher or lower depending on the need for towing. This will encourage towing at specific Hot spots by quite a lot. This bonus will change every day.
Secondary responsibilities include ticketing and traffic stops, those will be handled after towing as towing will remain as the highest priority item. This opens more RP scenarios as well as giving more work to the officers.
Checkpoints will be done as much as twice per day, during the daytime and evening in order to maximize the amount of pass-throughs.

Subdepartment - Stolen Vehicle Recovery Division (SVRD)
The SVRD, is a sub department that focuses primarily on stolen vehicles. The division will pay out officers a certain amount depending on 2 things;
1. What is the cars value? (Will fall under tiers 1-3)
2. Was the suspect captured?
(Pays more if they were caught)
This will help provide attention to stolen vehicles which usually go untouched by all organizations.

SWAT: SWAT will be creating strategies and tools for officers to improve their combat capabilities.
They will cross train with other organizations SWAT divisions or related departments in order to better work with one another. Trainings will be a more frequent thing including active scenarios (fake hostage or store)

Subdepartment - GPKD (Ghetto Peacekeeping Division)
The ghetto peacekeeping division is the next step to a safer city,
The division will consist of the best of SWAT which, will conduct “mini” ghetto patrols in some sectors which we will create for the entire city in LSPD jurisdiction.
These specific sectors will typically be areas where police presence is needed, while avoiding areas of high risk. These teams will patrol in groups of 5 or more and prevent any kind of violence, as well as arresting any possible suspects.
(Failure to act properly and having a ghetto clapper mentality will result in removal from the sub department and severe punishment, including a possible mental health evaluation for RP or arrest)

Public Relations:
Public Relations will be focusing on publicity, running both the main needed events and the mini events as mentioned lower. The department will work more directly with LI for event ideas, collaboration, and overall publicity
achieved through advertising.
The goal is for PR to complete the main events needed for the term and then focusing on the department as wholes goal, becoming more apart of the community.

Human Resources & Training:
Human Resources & Training will be this main terms focus.
I aim to restructure the training to add discipline and respect back into our officers as seen in past terms.
A combination of written tests, videos + self training, as well as being instructed by HR officers is going to create some of the best and well rounded officers we can create.
Hopefully through this type of combo training, we can create friendly, professional, and some of the best officers the city has seen.

Sub-department - Enhanced training unit (ETU)
The ETU is a new approach, offering extra training to any officer of any rank.
Some of the courses will include:
Law knowledge and skills
Correct 10-15 handling
Combat techniques and tips
Department specific training assistance
and more to come
The department will chain link all departments and persons to help officers further progress their careers.
Internal Affairs:
(New sub responsibility)
IA will do a full department audit, checking everything from how many tows, arrests, fines, lawsuits, as well as other trackable statistics that are the **Main** parts of the organization (Excludes departments)
The division will work toward clean government inspections every time, as well as doubling down on license and other checks.
Inspection days will make a reappearance in order to prepare officers for a sudden government inspection.
IA will be tough, but fair. Just as I intended many months ago.

Undercover: Undercover will work more directly with FIB, collecting evidence on gangs and families during situations as they come up.
We will attempt to gather enough evidence quickly enough to create various casefiles to help aid the creation of raid warrants.
Out of uniform operatives may be considered to help at globals or locals when needed.

Subdepartment - Deep UC
Deep UC is a milestone for UC, as getting officers into gangs and crime families would be a crucial move.
Mainly, because LSPD is less secretive than FIB. We can take advantage of this and insert officers to covertly collect evidence while assisting in providing info on things such as FZ raids, stores, highway robberies, and more.


District Attorneys Office:
The district attorney’s will offer legal advice and guidance to any officer interested in pursuing a career in law or interested in sharpening their legal skills and knowledge.


Interaction with the public
To improve RP,
The LSPD will host mini events, those that do not heavily impact funds but still provide some fun activities.
Another thing we could do is tell the stories of some of our officers shifts over life invader. This in term helps out relations with life invader as we are working together more frequently.
We will also host frequent internal events to further connect with the public.

Finance / Rank Structure
To Improve RP, honoring the rank structure as tiers of officers is going to be a new thing. A high command will be defined as a higher ranking officer on the tree, highest of course being High command, lowest being Intro Ranks and so on. You can view the structure here.
As an example I could say “I only want senior clearance and above officers to be joining us today”

Second, I will be conducting more detailed examinations of how much the org is spending by creating a cash flow statement, making it formal to send to both government and the curators weekly to visualize how much money is going in and out of the organization. As well as a preset structure that will increase/decrease to maximize available funds.

S.W.A.T - 1 million per week
Bonus distribution determined by the head and COS

PR - 750k per week
Bonuses should be there but shouldn’t be a lot. Department heads and persons will automatically be reimbursed for events - will not tie into bonuses
EX: hosting 1 event 25k , helping host 15k
A cap per person must be put into place

UC 1.25 million per week
