2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1- Firstly I joined EMS in October, 2023. From a normal citizen to the Chief of Staff the journey was difficult but also amazing. Since then I have worked hard and be a part of 5 amazing terms. After becoming an HC I observed the Chief’s work closely.
2.2- The first response to becoming an EMS chief would be to improve the bonus system and allow more activities to occur within the organization. in the current term i have observed a lot of internal issue which i am looking forward to solve by introducing team build experience.
2.3- i will build a separate department for handling the internal issues in departments and employees. if any conflict occurred i have skill to solve a problem in many ways.
3.Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the Organization.
3.1- Recruitment-
In my term ensure that all employees compliance about the city rules. who will be polite behavior and dedicated for the EMS organization who can give priority to his task and fulfill their responsibility as EMS employee. i will ensure to take interviewed by High Commands and need to be signed EMS charter as well.
3.2- Training-
I am from FTO background as per that experience i will make training documents more effective and easy to learn for every new EMS employee.
3.3- Department RolePlay-
Focusing on RP doing State inspections to other Organization GOV, SAHP, LSPD, FIB and NG once in a week with proper bodycam.
Doing Proper RP in State waves, ACC, Bank, SUBs etc. with proper bodycam.
Helping other Org. for making Secure, Safe and Healthy city.
3.4- In EMS Org.-
During this term i would ensure that each and every Department (HS, GS, Labs, ARO, HR and HC) will smoothly. make sure to do events for every Departments
In this term only Hard working employee would be promoted
