Every gang deserves a professional Leader and here why is why i can be that leader
1: I am a former FTO in LSPD i was in NG for 2 Terms so i have combat exp i am right now a LT of SWAT and i had some time in sahp i think i would be a good fit for this positions cause i have lead swat through many tough battles against tougher opponents and we came out on top my combat exp and my leader ship makes me great for this position i would lead Ballas Professionally and smart i know tactics inside and out i know how to beat bigger opponents with a small team i know how to lead this is why i have also had time in Ballas and bloods and families So i know gang life inside and out i am confident in my ability to lead with my team behind me i am displined and Smart at making tough decision i stick to RP i RP very well i have played RP since i was Thirteen now i am sixteen going seventeen I know all RP rules and server rules ghetto rules Too i never break RP and i always make fun in RP sits that's why i think i would be good as a Ballas leaders.
2: Every gang deserves to be able to be lead by a un biast Leader that will take everyone to heart and everyone's ideas to heart i will send people out on tags i will give bonuses to the gang i will make sure the gang is earning a sufficient amount of money to keep the gang up and running i will run the gang with absolute professionalism and Intelligence i will run this gang smart and too a tee i will make sure every one gets a fair shot at leading with me and being able to be something great in Ballas street gang like i said i will give everyone a un biast chance to become something great in this org.
3: im not trying to become leader for me im trying to become leader for the people of Ballas that would like Ballas to be something great and professional and they would like a leader that will be Smart and make good decision and fight for there every decision and fight for there every choice and i would love to be that leader for them i would like to be respected and be kind and respectful to every member in Ballas and give everyone a fair fighting chance.
