I was waiting the solar panels i know i cant shoot in there hq becouse is gh 1.4 so chose to go in last second stole many i can and he saw we stoling the panels so he start shooting without any demands (And please do something about this because I have to fight to steal the solar panels, but I can't hit them even though they give me demands leave on them, but then logically it should be forbidden to install panels there because we can't steal them.)i dont want to do gh.14 is there any ways to stole that panels without shooting

ID 38137 will receive a punishment for FearRP + Mixing
He is allowed to shoot you here due to it being a redzone, demands do not need to be given in ghetto as well the rule about demands in HQ only states that when visiting a HQ you have to follow there demands.
