Dear Mazhor,
I am writing to you regarding my recent ban due to a violation of server rule § 1.7.
Similar to other players, I mistakenly believed that money transfers via Crypto, were allowed, as they were allegedly confirmed by an admin. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of trusting this belief without verifying the information independently. I also exchanged money for Crypto several times, but purely because I believed it was legal, not out of malicious intent.
Most of the trades were conducted within the family to, for instance, distribute profits from selling counterfeit money. Similarly, in the past, other items like Adidas pants or a fox were occasionally used to distribute profits. I want to sincerely apologize for this misconduct. I recognize that this was not the right course of action. None of my actions were ever motivated by malice or intent to harm other players.
I now understand that admin statements are not valid if they contradict the established rules. This mistake has been a valuable lesson for me, and I assure you that I will not repeat it.
I have been playing on this server for some time and have invested a lot of time and effort into building my virtual property. As a result, I am facing significant losses, including houses, an office, and a valuable optical tuner.
Therefore, I request a review of my case and am willing to accept the necessary consequences. If it is possible to shorten my ban, I am even willing to agree to a moneywipe to restore balance.
I hope for your understanding and leniency in this matter.
Best regards,
Andy Neumann
