Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report.

• National Guard will receive a punishment for Powergaming.
• It is forbidden for LEOs to randomly walk towards a person and ask for Identification without any Proper RP reason.
• ID 3466 will receive a punishment for Metagaming (Using Discord for IC Conversations).
• Leader Rule 3.3 applies to OOC situations and behaviour within forums or discord. It does not apply here as it was just an IC situation.
