Life Story:
Growing up Raylen was a quiet child, he had an uneventful life until the day of his 19th birthday when he came home and found his family murdered by the Ripley gang in north London in the UK. He made it his mission to seek revenge for their lost souls, so he took it upon himself to become a swift and efficient soldier. Though he trained and excelled in his lessons, he did not care for violence and did not wish to take up weapons to take a life. Nonetheless whether a direct assault or a silent approach Raylen is a killing force not to be underestimated. He is well trained in various forms of close-quarters combat and various fighting styles, passed down from his ancestors, some of which were learned upon their travels and adventures through their lifetime.
On his 25th Birthday, he found the leader of the Ripley gang, and rather than seeking revenge, he worked with the police of Scotland Yard to bring them all down in one swoop, but this put his own life and the life of his close friend of many years Lola at risk. So once all the evidence had been given they got on a plane and made their way across seas to the city of San Andreas where they vowed that they would give back and be better people. Although things were not as they seemed, the thrill of the shadows, takedowns, and the interrogations was something that he craved.

Raylen's journey from the alleys of hardship to the corridors of authority was a testament to resilience. Lola's presence was his compass, guiding him from the bleak streets to the Southern San Andreas. With her unwavering support, he forged a new path, leaving behind the shadows of his past.
Raylen Started out his new life by joining San Andreas Highway Patrol (SAHP) where he worked hard to get from the low of low ranks, All the way to US Marshal he loved working there but was offered a new opportunity elsewhere, And as he craved to learn new things he took time away and proceed to succeed in Los Santos Police Department (LSPD), Government (GOV) And National Guard (NG) that was until he learned that the girl who had been with him throughout all the past hardships was in need of her friend's assistants so when Lola called he went to here side telling her he would be there all the time she needed him.
Lola welcomed him with open arms as her Assistant Sheriff which was a rank she had to fight for him to take. After a few weeks, something drastic happened which shattered his Friend and colleague's world, Lolas lying cheating ex-husband who was her undersheriff at the time left her high and dry with a lot to fix she was broken and needed him to step up for her. She offered him the position of undersheriff, which by this time Raylen had already earned the respect and admiration of the department. His enigmatic persona, veiled in secrecy and cunning, cast him as a favourite among colleagues. In the undercover shadows, his sneaky prowess proved invaluable, though it threatened to obscure his true intentions.
Raylen never mentioned to Lola that he would do anything to protect her or the lengths that he would go to so that she was safe from all harm.
1 - Raylen can take away and break people's CAMMHD (Bodycams) with the /try command. (Limited to 2x Attempts per Situation)
2 - Raylen can deceptively deny about requesting an attorney, or deny one.
3 - Raylen can use his status and power to help his family, should he choose to. To help his family members escape the prison or remove them from the wanted list.
4 - Raylen can accept bribes of up to $100,000 maximum or illegal items.
5 - Raylen can trade Classified Information to friends, family or gangs for money.
6 - Raylen can buy/sell weapons on the black market. (not Org Weapons)
7 - Raylen can rob/kill criminals in the Ghetto, or Kidnap and Rob them in a quiet place.
