I found panels the roof of a house in the middle of the city and I think it was a UB panel because there was no way out to the roof and I went 20 minutes early and started waiting. Suddenly, a few people came with a red helicopter, they approached and I counted down and started shooting and I got banned BY CHEESTER KAELVIN . He didn't remove the panels and he didn't ban the people who plant them, then when I asked him, he just wrote checking and then he didn't answer. I think CHEESTER KAELVIN was a friend of those who plant panels and he helped them to get their panels. I think CHEESTER KAELVIN is abusing his position. Firstly Hello Mr Salih Altai How can you shoot when the helicopter is far away from you? the panels was not UB and how can you accuse me of being their friend and helping them take the panels?

As far as I know, places where there is no pedestrian access and only access by helicopter are considered UB. Am I right?
