Rejected Ban due to alleged anti-cheat #934 from September 13, 2023

Hello,

I would like to know why I was banned and said to have cheated on September 13th, 2023.
I'm not aware of any guilt, I've never cheated and I have no idea how it's done, as I had an unjustified ban a long time ago for alleged anti-cheat. Even if that was the case, I wouldn't even know what I did that day.
The reason for the ban was 5 months ago!
I would like a quick processing please, as this action is completely arbitrary and not understandable at all.

Addendum February 27, 2024: I'm starting to understand nothing here anymore. I was banned on September 13th, 2023 supposedly because of anti-cheat. I tried to log in yesterday (February 26, 2024), everything seemed to be back to normal, and I played for several hours and also logged in again 2-3 times due to game errors. Now I wanted to register today (February 27th, 2024) now the same ban is as 3 days ago.

I would be very grateful if this error was corrected immediately.
