I saw them speeding over 120 on my radar soo I issued a traffic stop on them my intention was just to give them a verbal warning for speeding but then they decided to kidnap me in the city I didn't know at first that was illegal but then my higher-ups told me if I have body cam report them because that is not allowed soo here am I .
