all these id's were fail rp and UB because when there was a hostage situation they shouldn't have been shooting because then they were not valuing the hostages life and in real life you wouldn't be shooting if you had a hostage and that's really UNRELASTIC BEHAVIOR and FAIL RP since your just messing around during an RP SITAUIATION
