First of all did they break your bodycam? If yes how can you start a bodycam while your hand over your head? If they didnt break your bodycam why did you edit your bodycam? I want to see your whole bodycam.
Secondly if you dont know whats going on at the negotiation how can you decide they're not doing RP ?

Breaking of Bodycam is only for IC use However you are allowed to record your gameplay all incase of forums etc and to keep self safe so again this has nothing to do with you about my bodycam being broken yes it was and what i can still continue to record my gamplay and there is no rule against that breaking of bodycam is IC You need to learn some stuff buddy now lets just wait for the admins to review it stop getting upset

In POVs Provided by both LSPD & FIB
It is evident that Gangs started shooting at them the moment they reached (Event rule 1.5)
When Leos went inside the store only one gang member was pointing a gun at the hostage and he also engaged in shooting at that time hence, there was no threat to hostage life.
Furthermore, the Hostage was rescued safely hence there is no rule break from Leos's side,
