Dear Admin

I got banned for mining bot this morning? I don't have any other programs running on my laptop or anything like that. I mine during my real work (call center). It may look like bones, but all I have to do is hold E and then press W and E again. to entail.

It may look like bones but in the meantime I'm just doing the chaptha... and my work in between. I didn't know this wasn't allowed? It may be that the admin asked me, but I always turn off the sound on my laptop when I'm at work.

Now I have a 60 day ban for something I didn't do... You can even do a PC Check or something like that so I can resume my progress.

I look forward to receiving a response from you and a solution!

If this was not allowed during my real work, I would like to apologize and it will not happen again.

Hello, I saw that you were stuck in captcha for unusually long time, I even called you but you didn't respond. And you were picking up my dropped coppers instantly without responding anything and continued it again and again.

That may be correct, I have a stream deck next to me on my laptop that has the E keys. I was on the phone with a customer so I couldn't see if there was Captha or not.. My mistake, I won't do this again during my work to prevent this

I also cannot read anywhere in the rules that it is not allowed to use a stream deck. Can we bring this to a successful conclusion? If I'm not allowed to use the streamdeck, that's fine, I won't.
