U were shooting my family member and to defend my family member I shot you. Simple as that. Proper RP situation. U didnt give him demands and shot him directly so RDM for you too.
u broke GR 6.15.... 0 RP FROM BOTH of u. I was being shot at, how can I issue a demand lol, thats UB. i\its not random when i have been shot at. On the other side, I didnt shoot u nor interact with u, and thats why its RDM... + UR FAMILY MEMBER WAS ALREADY UNCONCIOUS. YOU WERE NOT "DEFENDING" HIM.

I was defending him. U shot him without demands. I dont know if he gave you or you gave him but By ur POV I dont see no Demands so u get RDM Too... I am defending my fam member. Hes getting shot so whoever is shooting him I shoot that person. Simple logic dude.
He started shooting at me for no reason without any demands. Again, issuing a demand while my life is at risk is UB. Your reasoning is flawed, just because someone else (NOT U) is getting shot at, does not allow you to break GR 6.15. You could have defended him by issuing a demand as well.
