Got punished for Bug Abuse which is not the case !
Moving the camera while unconscious is not a bug abuse, which is why its possible to move the camera when u call the ambulance.
If you want to really refer to real meaning of unconsciousness in medical terms, remove the ability to look around when u call an ambulance, this is also considered as bug abuse.
However its not mentioned in server rules, if you try to move camera while you're unconscious it will be considered as Bug Abuse.
