He said “ still not working ? “
As I can see you called an admin cuz your bike was not working or something ( and it happens sometimes to me also just refuel it )
Then he tried to help you and asked u “ still not working ? “
But you heard it “ still a donkey “ and that makes no sense.
I’m sorry for replying in forum not about me but im just trying to help and explain.

clearly admin is asking you if it is still not working but the accent makes it sound like what you heard.
