I was asking ICLy, how to put money on sim card, and he started mixing it with ooc, claiming its OOCLY,
But as i know A SIM CARD, is ICLY. not oocly.
But this high command of vagos, claimed its OOC, This High command vagos doesnt know the rules. of IC or OOC
While phone is ICLY and so is SIM card.
So they blacklisted me in vagos for 30 days for no reason, cause hes powerhungry, while he mixes himself.
Not knowing the rules, and also being racist towards me, he was saying '' LEARN ENGLISH '' , im not even english....
After i told him he didnt know the rules of IC / ooc, while hes a HC, but he blacklisted me after i told him now knowing the rules.
I also got SCREENSHOTS, of the whole conversation, if u want me to upload it, let me know, it has the proofs of him mixing and not knowing rules
