Rejected Wrongful Punishment

I was sentenced to 180 minutes in jail after I was rammed by a oil trucker then he continuously spewed hateful comments and sexual remarks to perform oral fellacio on him. after continously hearing this I used my weapon with my weapons license to kill them. I was the only one to be punished in this instance and believe it is wrongful and should be corrected
