so id19997 claiming that i stole his car from green zone if you see in his pov which is 25 mins and 30 seconds he parked the car 0:00 and it got stolen 8:40 now and you can see at 8:40 he went going outside police station and im not stealing the car from there or green zone like he said because he will get alert his car getting stolen as soon as i start breaking into it, before that when i get order to steal a car i always check from beachmarket to casino like from bottom to top then i start searching in the middle of the city when i was close to police station my scanner detected the car was around there but ofcourse the scanner wont give you the specific place of the car and there was no such a car in front of lspd like the car im looking for so i start looking around and i have scanner level3 which is 200 meters and evantually i found it like far away from lpsd and the green zone he is talking about so ofcourse im gonna steal it and i did after i seccesfully stole the car i got chased and car rammed aswell by him and i didnt complaint by that i said its okay its his car and all but they went too far when they power abused and power gaming to catch me if you listen what his partner said in 25:00 you will see who's power abusing there he litrally used circle barricade around my car so i cant move and shot me which is power gaming
