Since there is no "losing hold of someone when hit by a car" in the game mechanics, I quickly ungrabbed the suspect when i realize. I was excited and i shoot immediately and i know it was late for prevent power gaming.

This decision on my part is unfair. I didn't intentionally power game. You don't need to punish people who are trying to report rule breakers. I am trying to have a great time on the project, but this Demorgan really makes me sad, and it will be a problem for my application for admin.
