2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
- After spending half of my time in LEO's, when I finally decided to join Gang which was Ballas, It was another level fun and I also found it more interesting than LEO's. Doing highway robberies, store robberies, raiding FZ, that was the time which I will miss the most. I have a different level passion for Gang RP and I would like to continue it by becoming the leader of Vagos.
- I usually see that most of the gang leaders do favoritism and usually make their friends or family members High Commands and not those who actually work hard, so I would like to decrease this and make High Command only those people who are working hard and giving their valuable time to the gang and not those who are just sitting and enjoying High Command position. If someone becomes High Command and are not anymore working hard or they are not active IC, they will get demotion from my side and I hear no excuses when I take my decisions.
- Being Under Deputy in bloods for 2 terms, I learnt the qualities and values of a good and responsible leader and I also learnt the how to run a gang smoothly and efficiently without any trouble. So from this prior experience, I think I will be able to be a good leader and complete my term successfully without any trouble.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- Be the top and most active gang in ghetto and the city of Los Santos
- Doing more store robberies, highway robberies, hostage situations and FZ Raids
- Give the highest bonuses so that the members can enjoy and earn at the same time
- Aiming for 100% turf throughout my term
- Promoting people based on their activity in the gang.
