This guy is impersonating himself as admin but he isn't even in official grand RP mails and also he asked my friend for his ID and password, please take actions as soon as possible.

Wrong section, not an en3 admin.
Put complaint in en1 as it is possibly an en1 admin being impersonated.

An Admin will never ask for personal details such as password etc, so do not ever send personal info like this to anyone.​
