Life Story:
Dray grew up in the ghetto of the Hague. He got in trouble with the bad type of people and moved to Los Santos. Here he got involved with the law, where he got the offer to actually work for them. As time processed Dray noticed that the law does not always do what is right.. But what can be proven. Because of his love for his work, Dray slowly started to use any means necessary to do what is RIGHT. He quickly noticed that, if you really want to do right in the world.. You need a lot of funds. So as soon as he saw a chance, he grabbed it, and went with it. Quickly Dray turned out to be quite the savy money maker. Now, owning multiple businesses like Gunshops, a Night Club and a burgershop that serves as a coverup for a druglab, Dray is using funds and any other means necessary to uphold the law and do what feels good.
Because of all this money making, Dray turned out to get addicted to the fast life.. Even though Dray always worked as a Law Enforcement Officer, he still uses any means necessary to get the job done. As soon as he got offered by Sophia, the current Director of FIB, to help out as the Deputy Director, Dray knew this was his calling. He decided to help out his old friend Sophia, in running the whole of the Federal Investigation Bureau, as good as he could, while trying to combine his knack of money making, his mentality to get the job done and the harsh environment he grew up in.
Career Story:
Dray started out in Los Santos as a tow trucker at the LSPD. He quickly grew up to the ranks of the one responsible for Human Resources inside of LSPD. From here on out, Dray went to the National Guard, and became a High Command rather quickly. From here on out, Dray has been working with the SAHP, as Deputy Sheriff. Dray started to be corrupt there. From there on out, Dray worked with various Legal Organizations while having a side hustle on the side. After a long time Undercover in a gang, he took some time off to focus on his entrepreneurship. He now owns two gunstores, and a Night Club. Dray is a known LEGAL gunrunner, nightclub owner, and some from the Underworld may know him as the Lord of War, dealing in drugs, guns, ammo and more ''curious'' goods and services alike. Now, with all that experience, Dray took up the job as Deputy Director of the FIB.
Outcomes:
1. Dray can lie about calling a lawyer and may refuse to show ID
2. Dray can plant evidence on individuals. Like plant an illegal firearm or substance.(Fully RP, with correct RP commands.)
3. Dray can use the black-market, using, buying or selling illegal items inside and outside of the black-market.
4. Dray can do illegal activities with family and friends (Rob, Kill & kidnap, ask 10-15's to say something on radio, with the correct RP commands and RP)
