Life Story:
Gepna Mina was born into a modest family in the countryside of Sohag, Egypt. His childhood was marked by hard work on the family farm alongside his mother and grandparents. Unbeknownst to him, his father, Gepna Gepnaovic, was involved in corrupt activities within law enforcement, a fact that only came to light when Mina was 15 years old.
Tragedy struck one evening during dinner when a gang, targeting his father, descended upon their farm. The violent attack left Mina's family dead, and he was left traumatized and alone. After being taken in by an orphanage, Mina struggled to cope with the loss and the brutal reality of his father's involvement with criminal elements.
Determined to seek justice and prevent similar tragedies from befalling others, Mina enlisted in the Egyptian Army at the age of 18. Over the next five years, he distinguished himself through his bravery and leadership, eventually leading operations against criminal organizations responsible for terrorizing communities.
Career Story:
Upon his discharge from the Army, Mina found himself disillusioned with the corruption and inefficiencies within the Egyptian military. Seeking a fresh start, he clandestinely journeyed to Los Santos with the help of a childhood friend, Gepna Ahmed. Embracing a new identity, he joined the National Guard, where his military expertise and leadership skills quickly propelled him to the rank of General.
During his tenure in the National Guard, Mina became involved in clandestine operations, leveraging his connections to combat organized crime syndicates. However, his methods often skirted the boundaries of legality, leading him to be approached by the Federal Investigation Bureau (FIB).
Accepting the offer to join LSPD, Mina underwent rigorous training and quickly rose through the ranks. His sharp intellect, unwavering determination, and willingness to operate in the shadows earned him recognition within the agency. In 2023, Mina was appointed as a Lieutenant, entrusted with high-stakes missions and sensitive operations.
Outcomes:
1. Mina Can sell or buy stuff at the Blackmarket (Org stuff wont be sold as it falls under GR 6.2!).
2. Mina is loyal to his org and will protect its image at all costs can kidnap and torture people trying to tarnish the image of LSPD.
3. Mina Can take bribes (up to 100k max).
4. Mina Can use any gun available, illegal or legal, on duty or off duty and he can pick the weapons from the ground after killing the enemy. ( No org weapons will be used).
5. Mina Can smash and break bodycams (by using /try Breaks suspect bodycam 2 times max per situation).
6. Mina Can go in the ghetto and be a part of any criminal activity.
