I got punished for Mercy Kill but it was a server bug fault not mine.

They were standing up with guns in their hand. I didn't MK I was trying to render them unconscious. I shot only the ones standing up if you notice. You can also see they are strangers the ones I killed so they are not my friends and I don't have any intention to MK them. I can't see they are unconscious from this range. It's a server bug.



Elson closed the thread in 5 mins of it being posted while I was in middle of typing reply so I didn't get chance to show my POV but here it is:

Please guys we gonna get punished for server technical bug?

First he punished me without thread then I already contacted the admin to inform him about the bug before the forum got posted on me then he punished again, so im confused why I still got punished. Hoping higher admins can understand server has some bugs player cannot see or control.

The situation was regarding Ballas (the org I curate) so of course, I will hear from their side first. I do recognize that I punished not from a thread which is why I undid the punishment and waited for the forum to be posted. I already saw the POV because the situation caused a lot of commotion in my org so I had to address it. As for the bug, I'm not in control of that. I punish off of what I saw

I understand you will handle thread with what you saw, but you also saw in DM's my pov, but you closed the thread your org member posted while I was mid-typing with proof of the bug, it was not even 10 minutes passed brother, I have not seen a thread with only 10 second long pov get approved so fast.

Anyway you saw my counter pov with the technical bug that is not in my control, all I am requesting is if the punishment could be removed? Because there is no way for me to know he is unconscious while he is standing with gun in his hand without visual hacks. If we will all get punished for something wrong in the server out of our control we will all unfortunately be in jail ;/

Punishment will be removed, the only reason I told you to post an appeal on the forum is that it is not right to appeal punishments through DMS. That is something strictly prohibited for admins.
