In Los Santos, EMS worker Johnny faced financial struggles until a corrupt official offered financial stability in exchange for turning a blind eye to shady dealings. He still struggles knowing that he is smart and like his parents knew that he could be something so they enrolled and put an emphasis on education to become a great doctor still needing to do illegal doings due to his gambling problem. he owes alot to the gangs of Los Santos and is worried that they will put a hit on him thus he works extremely hard in EMS and eventually rose to the rank of deputy chief.

As he returned to his roots in the EMS, Johnny carried the weight of his past but was determined to redefine himself and prove that even those who lose their way can find the strength to return to the light.
