As you can see there is 0 RP in this situation its fully NON-RP situation.
Coming inside an HQ without a perm + Killing inside HQ, Here is proof of my perm from Ballas leader to enter his HQ whenever i want + i have 3 houses inside their HQ so i have fully perm to enter the HQ and be inside, and another proof shows the borders of Ballas HQ.
