I hereby wish to lodge a formal complaint against the current COA - Leon Shorty, as well as State Curator - Roberto Fire. I would like to note upfront that I have been actively involved in Grand in several capacities as a Senior Administratior, and my input should be taken into consideration as I understand both the player's and the admin's perspectives.

I would like to note upfront that I have been actively involved in Grand in several capacities as a Senior Administratior, and my input should be taken into consideration as I understand both the player's and the admin's perspectives.
Overall, the situation on DE01 is currently very tense. Let me start from the beginning:
I was an assistant in the admin team after we all quit back then. Everything was fine, I volunteered for it because I saw that the ticket situation on Grand DE01 was very tense. I did good tickets, everything was fine. Of course, I made a mistake according to the rules because I was on the Discord of another project. Anyway, late in the evening, I was pulled into the Discord and should be honest, I was also honest, I said that I was on the Discord and also made contributions there. Anyway, I lost my position for that, rightly so. Another administrator, "Dan White," who was also on this Discord, was then reported by a colleague who had noticed the same violation, but he was not dismissed.
Subsequently, I contacted Leon Shorty (COA) and reported to him that I did not find this fair, as I had contributed 100% more than everyone else in the new team, which is also no secret, with my 10,000 forum posts. Anyway, Leon only replied to me with "If I have evidence that Dan was active there," I should send it to him. Then my long text, to which he did not respond. Anyway, after I wrote a critique in "Suggestions for Improvement," I finally received a response from Leon after over 2 weeks:
This suggests to me that his high DM volume and private life play a role there, but then he says that he simply didn't feel like responding at all. However, he can permanently mute people as COA for a simple "F" or "." in the club chat for 2 to 3 hours. In general, it is not very professional to mute 20 people permanently for simple chat conversations if it is not a direct violation of the rules:
Anyway, then because of many complaints and the fact that the people who played a significant role in building and contributing to the success of DE01 were blacklisted ( ), I wrote a public critique in "Suggestions for Improvement" as Vice Leader of LifeInvader, which unfortunately did not go down well and was interpreted against me. Roberto Fire, who often deleted posts in this channel that are justified and fair, shortly thereafter wrote a short and inadequate response, covering only a small part.
Unfortunately, after these events, all "Unfounded Server and Player Criticism" was forbidden:
Anyway, I then chatted in the DE chat with the other players, where I wrote the following for fun (consider the cat before that):
Today, the LifeInvader received an organization warning for Leader Rule 3.3 (Toxic Behavior):
Shortly thereafter, I wrote to Roberto Fire via DM asking if this was a joke, that I received an organization warning for LifeInvader because of criticism, which is my right to complain about things. He said that the organization warning was a result of the joke in the DE chat and that I am not allowed to publicly criticize it if I am not satisfied with the work of the admins: https://i.imgur.com/IcN7HI0.png

My admin complaint (Rejected - Übertriebener Orga-Warns | Roberto Fire | 21674) regarding the organization warning was shortly thereafter rejected by Leon Shorty, of course, with the reason:
However, I mainly ask myself the question: who is lying to me? Leon Shorty, who claims that the warning does not only refer to the message, or Roberto Fire, who claims that the warning only refers to the message?
Now I have written feedback/suggestions in the #suggestions channel (Discord - A New Way to Chat with Friends & Communities), which has similar content to the text here.
After that, today Roberto Fire went to Heidi, the head of LifeInvader, and "recommended" that she relieve me of my position as Vice. If she doesn't do it, it will happen administratively, as a kind of threat. Moreover, apparently Roberto then said that he will go to higher authorities (Justin) for further action, presumably to ban me.
I just find it really unfortunate how players are treated, simply inappropriate, unacceptable, and not tolerable in that position. Something really has to happen. As a leader, I don't need to apply anymore because Roberto will definitely reject me 100%. Likewise, it wouldn't surprise me if Roberto/Leon blacklisted me afterwards.
A) The organization warning for LifeInvader must be removed B) Something definitely needs to be done about this management.

hiermit möchte ich eine förmliche Beschwerde gegenüber dem aktuellen COA - Leon Shorty sowie State Curator - Roberto Fire stellen.
Vorweg möchte ich anmerken, dass ich in mehreren Bereichen aktiv auf Grand als Senior mitgewirkt habe und mein Wort dahinter erhört werden sollte, weil ich die Sicht des Spielers und des Admins kenne.
Allgemein ist die Lage auf DE01 aktuell sehr angespannt. Ich fange mal von vorne an:
Ich war als Assistent im Admin Team, nachdem wir alle damals gekündigt haben. Alles so gut, ich habe es freiwilig angefragt, da ich gesehen habe, dass die Ticketsituation auf Grand DE01 sehr angespannt war. Ich habe gute Tickets gemacht alles gut. Ich hatte natürlich gem. Regelwerk einen Fehler gemacht, da ich auf dem Discord eines anderen Projektes unterwegs war. Alles so weit so gut, ich wurde spät Abends in den Discord gezogen und sollte ehrlich sein, ich war auch ehrlich, ich habe gesagt, dass ich auf dem Discord war und dort auch Beiträge gemacht habe. Jedenfalls habe ich dafür meine Position verloren, berechtigt. Ein anderer Administrator, "Dan White", der ebenfalls auf diesem Discord war, wurde dann von einem Kollegen gemeldet, der gleichen Verstoß festgestellt hatte, dieser wurde nicht entlassen.
Ich habe daraufhin Leon Shorty (COA) angeschrieben, habe ihn darunter berichtet, dass ich das nicht fair finde, da ich 100% mehr geleistet habe, als alle aus dem neuen Team, was nun mal auch kein Geheimnis ist, mit meinen 10.000 Forumbeiträge.
Jedenfalls hat Leon mir nur geantwortet mit "Wenn ich einen Beweis habe, dass Dan dort aktiv war", soll ich ihm das senden. Danach kann mein langer Text, worauf er keine Stellung nahm. Der Beweis, dass Dan auf dem Discord ist, lag vor: Watch dan wihte | Streamable

Dieser suggeriert mir, dass sein hohes DM Aufkommen und Privatleben dort mit reinspielt, jedoch dann doch sagt, dass er gänzlich einfach keine Lust hatte, mir Antwort zu geben. Jedoch kann er dauerhaft als COA Leute wegen einem einfachem "F" oder . im Clubchat 2 bis 3 Stunden Mutes ausstellen. Allgemein nicht gerade seriös wegen einfachen Chat Konversationen permanent 20 Leute zu muten und damit so den Chat zu fluten, wenn es sich nicht um einen direkten Regelverstoß handelt: imgur.com

Roberto Fire, welcher gerne mal Beiträge in diesem Channel gelöscht hat, die nun mal berechtigt und fair sind, gelöscht hat, hat kurz darauf eine kurze und unzureichende Antwort verfasst, du nur einen kleinen Teil abgedeckt hat.
